Do I own the domain?
No — it's a lease, not a sale. You get exclusive use of the domain for the term, plus a locked-in buyout option if you want to own it.
What happens to my website if I don't renew?
You get 60 days' notice either way. If the lease ends, we repoint DNS within 5 business days and you'll need to move your site to a new domain. Plan your brand accordingly.
Can I use it for a non-wellness business?
The lease permits wellness-related use only — coaching, supplements, retreats, studios, and similar. Prohibited categories (gambling, adult, payday lending, crypto schemes, anything illegal) are spelled out in the term sheet.
Is there any traffic or SEO value included?
No. We're explicit about this: the domain is currently unserved. You're leasing the name and its age, not an audience.
What if I want to buy it later?
The buyout is $1,500 at any point during the lease, with half the rent you've paid credited toward it. After full payment, we transfer the domain within 10 business days.
Who handles the technical setup?
We do. DNS control stays with us; you send us your hosting details and we point the A-record (or CNAME) within 2 business days, free of charge.
